By formatting hot melt adhesive products into loadable cartridges, a glue stick can be loaded into the back of the hot melt glue gun, which then heats the hot melt adhesive into a molten form. The adhesive flow can be controlled with the trigger feed, making it easy to spread an even coating onto the substrate surface. The cartridges can be easily reloaded for continuous use. The hot melt glue guns and glue sticks offer a clean system, without operators ever needing to come in contact with the adhesive and maintain precise control.

Gluefast produces two lines of hot melt glue guns and glue sticks for two different formats of hot melt adhesive cartridges: the 100 watt HMG-IND and the 300 watt HMG-HD3 are designed to accept ½” diameter glue sticks, and the 500 watt HGM-MEGA uses 5/8” diameter glue sticks. 1/2" & 5/8” diameter hot melt adhesive glue sticks will also fit most competitive glue guns.
